The Elixir of Light

Shot in Paris and Venice, this film follows Philip and Monica as they design and produce glass objects, both functional and decorative. While Venice guarded those secrets for a thousand years, seldom welcoming strangers, today there is a much expanded atmosphere of sharing and exchange. The film follows the two working in the magical Muranese environment of glass making.
